Wayne is one of the founding directors of Ci3 having designed commercial interiors for over 34 years with a particular focus on workplace interiors. Ci3 is a design led practice where creativity and solutions are key to the relationships we have with our clients. Wayne works closely with clients to develop the detailed designs which Ci3 deliver tackling all aspects of the project from the initial concepts through production information to furniture and finishes.

Huw Griffiths

Huw is one of the founders and managing director of Ci3. Having worked within the industry for the last twenty years Huw has an in depth knowledge of the commercial office sector. In collaboration with Ci3's key business partners Huw has a proven track record in delivering many projects, on time and to client specification and satisfaction, no matter what size large or small. As the lead for the sales team at Ci3, it is Huw's responsibility to encourage, nurture and develop the team to ensure continual growth moving forward in an ever changing industry.

Jacqui Murray

Jacqui Murray

Jacqui has worked for Ci3 for more than 6 years dealing with all aspects of their Finances. She is responsible for Payroll, Accounts and ensuring up to date records are kept in respect of VAT and other necessary Statutory Reports. Jacqui is also taking on responsibility for the Quality Management System that Ci3 are introducing, communicating with all staff and ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to. Jacqui previously worked as a company administrator for many years, which has given her the confidence to communicate at all levels and be able to deal with unexpected situations.

Abbie Murray

Abbie Murray

Abbie has worked for Ci3 for the last 5 years, during which time she has developed a wide understanding of the furniture industry and the needs of Ci3's clients. She is responsible for ensuring that all enquiries to the office are prioritised and dealt with accurately, professionally and with the clients best interests at the forefront of any proposals made. Additionally, Abbie is responsible for ensuring that all jobs run to specific deadlines, with any issues being dealt with quickly and efficiently.


Lauren Stratfull

Lauren Stratfull

Lauren is new to the industry and has only worked for Ci3 for a relatively short period of time, during this time she has learnt the values of Ci3 and her product knowledge is developing everyday with guidance from her colleagues. Alongside Abbie, Lauren has taken responsibility for providing excellent customer service and is looking forward to strengthening her relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Ross Hudson

Ross has worked in the industry for more than 15 years as an Installations Manager during which time he has been responsible for many sites and projects in different countries which has challenged his management skills. Ross believes in working alongside his crews, ensuring he gets the best out of them and providing an excellent service for the end client. Ross's experience ranges from Small internal moves with minor furniture re-plans - to large company relocations, 250 people plus, with complete new furniture installation.
