The design, construction and management of office environments is a complex undertaking, Ci3 look to work closely with clients to evolve a design solution that fits within the brief and cost parameters of a project. Design is an inherent element of the interior process and the in-house interiors team along with the account manager for the project work closely with clients to achieve innovative and individual solutions for all aspects of the office interior.

The design team are versed in all aspects of the statutory requirements for the provision of safe working environments this would include individual workstations through to the lighting, heating and ventilation systems.

A typical project may involve:

  • Establishing a detailed brief, taking the initial concept and developing it into an agreed scheme
  • Detailed design, to include full specification, statutory requirements, drawings and schedules of work
  • Furniture selection when established will ensure appropriate products are sourced and supplied
  • Resolution and post completion support

The design team will be involved during and after the completion of the project as an essential component of the post completion client relationship.
